From Grit to Heat: Shifting Focus from RealPM to Unfinished

RealPM is done.

Now… I get to write something entirely different.

After months of dissecting dysfunctional projects, leadership chaos, and how to survive the corporate trenches, I’m stepping into a completely new world, a romance/smut novel called Unfinished.

Where RealPM was about survival in the workplace, Unfinished is about survival in love. It's messy, vulnerable, and way more personal than I expected when I first outlined it. It’s a story about the one that got away... and what happens when they come back.

This shift is exciting and terrifying in all the right ways.

I’m aiming to finish Unfinished by the end of this year, though realistically, summer next year is my fallback. Either way, I’m committed. I’ll be sharing updates, snippets, and maybe a few steamy teasers along the way.

In between?

I’ll be continuing work on my memoir, A Journey Through the Maelstrom, a book I’m writing for my son. It’s part life story, part philosophy, and all heart. I want him to know exactly who I am, what I’ve lived through, and how I see this world.

After those two projects are wrapped, I’ll dive into finishing the rest of my fiction roadmap:
